The Sr Manager, Clinical Quality (DaVita IKC) will work on high priority initiatives by collaborating with senior operating leaders of DaVita Integrated Kidney Care. Topics will likely include:Operationalizing innovation strategies from market leads, nephrology practices, central IKC leadership, and other lanes of innovation.Large-scale operating model changes to drive efficiencies and prepare for healthcare reformIntegrated care business model developmentIntroduction and incubation of disruptive medical technologies and processesThe Senior Manager will lead a team of highly motivated individuals and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to business unit leads and senior executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrates first-principles thinking in analyzing problems and engaging with teammatesLeverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunitiesDevelops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworksLeverages continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma, PDCA) to structure and incubate improvement opportunitiesBuilds complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metricsConveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decksPresents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiencesWorks closely with teammates in the field and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians10%- travel may be requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:2-4 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, project management or a corporate strategy role preferred; 10+ years of total work experience in progressive rolesMBA preferredExperience leading large-scale business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial performanceHealthcare background preferredWhat We'll Provide:

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
