Essential Job Functions:
Support attorneys in JAPAC Legal Team for regional projects, meetings, company's initiatives, and internal/external stakeholders' communication.Manage Edwards' Legal system and Microsoft system (including TEAMs, SharePoint, Vendor payment system, etc.).Provide administrative support for legal system including contract management and system upgrade (ECLM).Assist legal materials including presentation or drafting basic legal documents.Develop a thorough understanding of and familiarity with Edwards business, its people, products and organization and use this knowledge in supporting the JAPAC Legal Team.Assist the JAPAC Legal Team including meetings, traveling plan, expenses claim, vendor payment, or any other incidental duties.
Required Education/Skills/Experience:
Having a Diploma or Bachelor degree, with minimum 3 to 9 years of similar work experience with an international law firm or a multi national company.Good written and verbal communications skills in English.Proven expertise in MS Office Product (word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)Ability to work as a team-player with various stakeholders at all levels.Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.Ability to travel once or twice a year for international and/or regional Legal meetings.Ability to manage confidential information with instruction.Demonstrates strong commitment to ethics and integrity.Positive, highly efficient, and proactive attitude.

Having general perspective about policies, procedures and administrative requirements of a multi national company.Having prior experience of handling travel arrangements, calendars, meetings, vendor payments, etc.Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.Good problem-solving skills.
