Position Summary
As the Sr Coordinator you will be responsible for identifying and quantifying trends/issues and effectively communicating/reporting them to the appropriate members of the management team and payer business partners along with the potential impact. In this role you will also be responsible for resolution of high dollar account level issues.
You will assist leadership in building and maintaining a high performing highly engaged team. In this role you will also provide excellent mentorship and support to your colleagues as well as design and implement training classes.
The key responsibilities of the Medical Revenue Cycle Sr. Coordinator are:Open accounts receivable escalated to our payer business partners within assigned balance parametersReview and assist collector in resolving high dollar account level balances within assigned balance parameters Identify and correct issues identified via our Underpayment worklistReviewing, correcting and communicating issues with overlapping date spansCollaborate with internal business partners to ensure the timely resolution of BV, Pharmacy and Cash CBG statusApprove/Deny credit and reinvoice requests. Trend and communicate training needsRespond timely to Sales Force requestsComplete and monitor code/access request forms Assist Supervisor training and mentoring associates Required Qualifications18 months of experience as a Medical Collections Specialist within the Medical Revenue Cycle Department.High level of proficiency with Excel.Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Extreme accuracy and attention to detail and data standards.Must live within a 1 hour commute to the Monroeville office.Preferred QualificationsAbility to work in team and coordinate work efforts.Experience with A/R reporting including trending, aging, etc.Proficient in all Revenue Cycle systemsExperience using One NoteEducation
Associates degree or equivalent work experience may substitute.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $34.60
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
