Location/Division Specific Information:
This position is located at a client site in Manchester, NH and is an important member of our Unity Lab Services team.
Discover Impactful Work:
Lab equipment maintenance support, chemical management, glassware and autoclave service.Follow procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP's & work instructions. Take direction from Site Supervisor/Team Leader regarding daily duties.Promote personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies and improvements without the presence of site trainer and management team.Listens to customer concerns, diffuse dissatisfaction, and quickly identify course of action with a goal of first call resolution within established turnaround times.
Job-Specific Duties may include:
Perform glassware, autoclave and freezer defrost servicesChemical receipt, registration, tracking, reconciliation, cycle counting, and facilitation of disposalRequisition of required materials associated with job functionsBuild and maintain site work instructions and SOPs, cross-train in all services to provide coverage for colleagues.May perform a portfolio of other services including: inventory management, stockroom duties, disbursements, stock rotation, cycle counts, detrashing, shipping, receiving, and other functions according to service level requirements.

Possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the communication skills to look after various levels of personnel.Deliver excellent customer service to include maintaining a professional appearance.Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet timelines.Must be proficient with a computer and the Microsoft Office suite of software with proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook highly valued.
Working Conditions:
Works at customer location, in office environment to include cubicles, laboratories, and/or shipping/receiving docksExtensive walking/standing for 70-80% of the dayAbility to lift, push and pull 30-40 pounds consistently and lift 50 pounds and use material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacksAble to work the hours required to get the job done
