About the Role:
CrowdStrike's Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Elite is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, detailed-oriented, and experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world.
The CAO Senior Intelligence Analyst will serve as a liaison between the customers and other CrowdStrike CAO teams. In the role, you will provide cyber threat analysis through regular customer briefings, track and fulfill customer requests using CrowdStrike CAO resources, and relay customer feedback to internal CrowdStrike teams. You will develop a trusted partnership by helping your customers identify and operationalize timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence and threat hunt findings.
Our CAO Elite Team offers opportunities to expand your skillset in threat hunting, threat intelligence, and dark web monitoring. You will use these skills to innovate and lead the way as you work and interact with stakeholders ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs.
What You'll Do:Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts, facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction, and be a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customersMeet with customers on teleconference platforms on a regular basisPrepare and deliver customer presentationsPrepare and deliver intelligence reports, dark web alerts, threat hunts, and threat hunt findings to CAO customersTriage and respond to customer questions relating to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoringIdentify opportunities to increase overall customer satisfaction or streamline internal processesWhat You'll Need:5+ years of experience in two (or more) of the following areas:Incident responseSecurity operationsThreat huntingCyber Threat intelligenceDark web monitoringPresentation Delivery: a background in presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.Incident Handling: experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hactivists.Intelligence Tradecraft: knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate executive and/or detailed level findings to clients; ability to effectively communicate tasks, guidance, and methodology with internal teamsAbility to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time.Qualified candidates must be based out of the Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone of the US to be eligible for consideration Preferred:Understanding of contemporary scripting languagesFamiliarity with application programming interfaces (API)#LI-Remote
