Fluidra’s seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT team. This position will report to the Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager and has the option to be based out of either our Carlsbad, CA or Atlanta, GA offices.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer drives technical design and deploys the most complex technical solutions to drive business efficiency and reliability. The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will drive influence within the co mpany culture to promote innovation and continual improvement.
You will serve as the subject matter expert on all thing’s datacenter and act as the escalation point for the Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be strong technically, have robust background experience, and be able to contribute at a team and individual level. Additionally, you should have:

VMware Cloud Foundations (vSphere, vSA N , NSX) . Version 7 and higher preferred

Tanium Endpoint Management
Okta IAM
Active Directory – (Site Topology, DNS, Enterprise CA, AD Design Skills)
Windows Server – 2022, 2019, 2016 , 2012 , 2008
Windows Infrastructure – DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Microsoft Azure - Azure AD, Configuration, Troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint , Teams
Proofpoint
PowerShell Scripting and Automation
Web Server – IIS Administration
Microsoft SQL Server – Clustering and tuning
Understanding of Systems Architecture – Storage Solutions, Network Topologies , Security Best Practices, etc.
WHAT WE SEEK
10 + years of experience in Infrastructure engineering and server management
10+ years of Microsoft platform experience, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, M365
Expertise in designing, deploying and maintaining VMware virtual environments using vSphere, vCenter, vSAN , NSX, etc.
Experience in deploying optimized virtual environments for database cluster builds such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL
In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure moving on-premise data center enterprise applications to the Cloud
Highest-level troubleshooting specialist who can resolve issues under SLA times in high pressure environments
Establish and execute a vision of proactive operational support processes and methods
Administering a multi-domain Windows infrastructure
Planning, Organizing, Executing and Setting Goals/Expectations.
A proven track record of partnering across organizational boundaries to deliver business results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Manage the feedback loop to drive continuous process improvement
Strong documentation skills
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training

Expected salary range is $130,000 - $175,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
