Job Description
A large Utilities and Energy company in Houston, Texas is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Infrastructure M&A Team. This individual will be working closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers and other members of the Infrastructure M&A team to gather requirements and advise on best practices for future Mergers and Acquisitions. They will need to be proficient in creating process maps, defining and documenting new processes, communication & negotiations with vendors, facilitating workshops, change management, procurement, and be very organized. They will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, and have worked on previous Infrastructure and Merger and Acquisition projects. They will come on site in Houston 5 days a week for the first month and then will be able to move into a hybrid schedule of 3 days on site and 2 remote.
Skills and Requirements
7+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst working on Infrastructure and Merger and Acquisition Projects
Proficient in Creating Process Maps and Process Flow Diagrams
Previous Experience creating Use Cases and Requirement Gathering
Strong Organizational, and Written and Verbal Communication skills - presenting to stake holders, communicating and negotiating with vendors, and conducting workshops
Experience documenting processes and evaluating to find gaps null
