This specialist provides expertise in HR communication and technology support to ensure effective communication and system functionality.Responsibilities/DutiesMonitor and report on the progress of HR projects and deadlines, ensuring they stay on track and within defined timelines.Work closely with HR, Business & IT stakeholders to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot data integrity processes, including but not limited to data mapping, conducting routine data audits, creating user guides, and providing training to end users.Work with partners in HR and Marketing to draft clear, concise, and engaging communications and resources regarding HR programs and initiatives to audiences ranging from employees to executives.Coordinate the design and distribution of employee surveys, gathering feedback for analysis.Complete system functionality testing for active tickets/projects and tracking any issues to resolution.Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations in various HR systems such as Oracle and ServiceNow.Gather feedback from internal customers and partners to identify areas of opportunity to ensure continuous process improvement.Maintain confidentiality and retention requirements on personnel files and data.Maintain and update HR-related content on TrueBlue's communication channels.Other duties as assigned.Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesBasic project management knowledgeBasic knowledge of HR technology systems with preferred exposure to Oracle.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.Ability to assist in coordinating surveys and tracking project progress.Team player with outstanding work ethic, interpersonal skills, and flexibilityStrong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of owning and
