Job Description
A local customer is looking for a Helpdesk Admin with 2-4 years of experience to come join the team. As the company scales, they want to maintain a 1:70 ratio with their support team. Must obtain great customer service skills and be comfortable talking on the phone for 80% of the day to day. Must be comfortable with tier 1 tickets.
Skills and Requirements
a. 2-4 yrs of experience in customer service and IT support
b. Hands on experience with Citrix - Must be comfortable getting into Citrix studio, looking for a machine catalogue and update it or apply a snapshot
d. Must know how to change passwords and support, troubleshooting passwords issues, wifi troubleshooting
e. Must be great at customer service and comfortable answering phones for primary day to day
Exposure with Microsoft Suite and Windows 10 a. Din cloud - cloud based VDI
b. SFHP uses an Owl- it's a webcam
