Assist the Government Lead in the daily engineering duties on systems. Install, configure, and operate enterprise systems management, infrastructure tools systems, and related software. Ensure Enterprise applications are properly monitored for performance and availability. Operate, service, trouble shoot, and administer Active Directory (AD) accounts, Exchange, Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM), and the Global Address List (GAL). Design near real time full spectrum situational awareness of IT services and infrastructure to include configuration of components, systems, services, and incidents to support vulnerability analyses. Deliver Navy/Marine Corps NetOps control and visibility via electronic network management systems and Command and Control (C2) facilities. Facilitate the Government's exercise of network operational control over critical services and infrastructure in support of DON statutory and war fighting responsibilities. Design electronic SW distribution services for applications distributed within the Navy/Marine Corps Management domain. Utilize Directory Services to authenticate enterprise applications and trusted relationships between users, devices, applications, services, and other resources throughout the network and perform schema extensions. Utilize standard Active Directory (AD) services plus the availability to use Windows Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) services for all physical and virtual application servers, network devices, and appliances.
Leidos has an immediate opening for a GEOINT Collection Manager in McLean, VA. This position will provide on-site support to Collection Analysts and Line Analysts in submission of all source intelligence collection requirements; focusing primarily on HUMINT, SIGINT and GEOINT requirements. Secondary responsibilities include the submission of national-level and commercial OSINT and MASINT collection requirements. The successful candidate will have specialized GEOINT collection management skills and experience using National level collection tasking systems.
Primary Responsibilities
The Collection Manager performs the following duties:
• Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor, and task complex all source collection requirements to include either HUMINT, SIGINT or GEOINT.• Interface and collaborate with all-source analysts.• Coordinate with requestor and mission partners to determine required/desired parameters.• Notify requestor of accomplishment and satisfaction data.• Elicit feedback from requestor and take appropriate action.• Develop and use advanced queries to provide collection metrics to support analytic products.• Provide collection capability training to junior analysts.
Basic Qualifications
• Requires a BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience or experience in lieu of degree.• 4-6 years specifically with Collection Requirements Management (CRM) experience in either GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT or MASINT).• 4-6 years specifically with experience using one of the following tasking systems; GIMS for GEOINT tasking, NSRP for SIGINT tasking, CHROME, RIGHTMS, or HOTR for HUMINT tasking, OSCAR for OSINT tasking, NMRS for MASINT tasking• Experience using any of the following systems HOT-R, CHROME, NSRP, RIGHTMS, GIMS or OSCAR.• Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate closely with government and contractor personnel.Preferred Qualifications:• 4+ years' experience as an All-Source CRM (meaning experience in 2 or more than one of INTs above. preferablyGEOINT)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
