Discover Impactful Work:
Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will provide finance and business partnering leadership for LPD FP&A. This role will develop and implement new processes and financial procedures across our Laboratory Equipment and Lab Plastic Essentials businesses. This role will own the financial planning and analytics as well as consolidation of results across the business. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support and identify and implement operational improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR / Outlooks, in a matrixed financial forecastMonitor and analyze financials, including leading monthly and quarterly reporting (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, KPI's, CAPEX)Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against strategic business plansUnderstands and deploys the best tools / methods to optimally communicate complex data and topicsDevelops high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well prepared)Identify, communicate, and support risk & opportunities discussions

You have an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or AccountingHave a Minimum of 2-4+ years of business and Finance experiencePrior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organizationProficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), Oracle ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferredExperience in the areas of financial reporting, internal control, forecasting, analysis, and accounting knowledge through professional and/or educational background.Proficient verbal and written communication skillsProven business partner and influencerAre detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Communicate clearly, present eloquently, and can explain just about anything to anyone.Are motivated and driven to make an impact. You take the initiative on new challenges.Have experience optimizing processes and finding creative solutions to solve problems.
