Purpose of the Role
Prepare and post journals to ensure month-end results show the clear and fair picture of the financials,Prepare required financial reports and analysis,Support accuracy and completeness of the reporting in the financial and Statutory statementsApply finance technical reporting expertise to accounting processes, including IFRS standardsContinuously monitor BS accounts for any inconsistencies and drive the necessary actions to ensure accuracyPartner with the RTR team to ensure the information in the legal entity’s financial statements accurately and completely reflects our business operationsSupport internal and external audits
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
Support key financial controlling processes: month end and period end closes, journal entry preparation, financial statement preparation and review, KPI and data quality monitoring, balance sheet review preparation, adherence to CARM controlsEnsure that requirements for statutory and management reporting for the legal entities within the scope of the role is completed accurately, on time and in line with internal and external controls.Prepare year-end statutory adjustments and transfer pricing reports with the relevant stakeholders in the market and in Group.Support the FAC process, and provide analysis for the FAC completion
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Degree educated in relevant finance/accounting/ businessAt least 3-4 years working experience in accounting and finance areaExperience with Shared services process activities is an advantageRelevant experience with SAP FI/CO COPA modulesIntermediate skills in ExcelGood understanding of the financial controlling processes (Balance sheet, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles)Good Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)Advanced analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver message,Fluent English Knowledge
