We are now looking for Finance Coordinator to be part of our Sofia team (hybrid or office-based) on a fixed - term contract.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to manage our vendor master data. The Finance Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor information to ensure smooth financial transactions and compliance. The ideal candidate possesses data management skills and an understanding of financial processes.
Main Duties:
Maintain and update vendor master data in the financial system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary vendor documentation, including W-9 forms, tax certificates, and banking information.Perform data validation and verification to guarantee that vendor information is consistent and accurate.Act as the point of contact for internal inquiries related to vendor master data, providing necessary support and guidance to stakeholders.Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor data and transactions.Participate in audits and reviews related to vendor data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Keys to Success:
Education:
Master's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification or last year in process of acquiring Economics degree.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
At least a year ofexperience in finance, accounting, or data management.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of vendor management best practices, financial processes, and compliance requirements is considered a plus.Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficient in Excel and MS Office.Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred).
