　　SUMMARY

　　We are searching for an event specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our brand, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness. The event specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing event themes, preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating technical aspects, generating media interest and coverage, processing invoices, marketing, managing event staff, preparing expenditure reports, and managing risk. Your creativity and resourcefulness in organizing and hosting successful events that meet business objectives will aid us in promoting products, engaging with clients, inspiring confidence in our brand, and communicating brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

　　DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Support team with Key Tentpole Marketing and Hospitality events including CES, Cannes Lions and Advertising Week New York.Work with Senior Manager to lead the planning and execution of client events including development of the communications plan, the event budget, the program timeline, and the program recap process. Ensure best-in-class standard of planning and execution of all campaigns.Senior Specialist will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience to ensure events with purpose and once in a lifetime experiences.Manage timely and consistent communication with internal and external partners to ensure deliverables and team deadlines are met.Support Business Acceleration efforts - Main POC for strategic partner planning including coordinating event logistics, etc.Ensure all event leads are tracked and properly distributed to support the continued Business Acceleration priorities.Support the Measurement and analyze event performance. Proactively analyze event results to refine and improve future experiences which will help the team to also develop potential event opportunities.Ensure brand messaging is consistent for marketing communications materials and sales collateral. Ensure campaigns and tactics are successfully executed.Ideate, research, and recommend innovative event activations, gifting and technology team events to ensure Spectrum Reach is leading the event space within the industry.Think strategically and creatively, balance multiple responsibilities and easily collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Assist with research and executing of client gifting and premiums.Create and maintain a catalog of Event Venues, Restaurants, Virtual and Live Event Opportunities, etc. in various domestic and international markets. Support Senior Manager with budget responsibilities including event reconciliation, budget estimating and forecasting.

　　The pay for this position has a salary range of $73,200.00 to $100,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
