　　Job Description

　　The Sr. DSD Operations Manager is a critical role which proactively manages connectivity between multiple functions and field locations to ensure successful account migrations and network KPIs are achieved.

　　You will work nationally with Account Managers, Distributor Managers and Channel Leads to identify and game plan migration, operational, and executional opportunities for ReadyRefresh divisions and external DSD suppliers.

　　Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

　　• Establish clear process for Retail Migrations, to encompass Planning, Onboarding, Execution and Key measurements for success.

　　• Migration Lead to ensure clear communication and alignment for chain migrations with Stakeholders.

　　• Operations Lead on chain/store level execution measures and areas of opportunity for ReadyRefresh Divisions & External DSD Suppliers.

　　• Generate & execute deep dive reviews with Director of DSD (ReadyRefresh) and National Sales Manager (external DSD) to identify and align on key gaps/action plans.

　　• Network presence to ensure actions identified, facilitated, and executed with Regional ReadyRefresh leads and Sr. Distributor Managers (external DSD).

　　• Drive DSD business via Independents and execution of the IMA.

　　Qualifications

　　Key qualifications include:

　　• 5+ years Professional Related Experience

　　• Ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization and anticipate/manage change and challenges.

　　• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

　　• Strong analytical skills in multiple functions, multi-tasking, performance under pressure and organizational skills

　　• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

　　• Exceptional customer focused attitude

　　• High level of resilience, persistence, and energy

　　• Bachelor's Degree preferred
