Description:
Identify all documents potentially impacted by Accelerate SAP deployment. These include QMS, as well as business documents. -Partner with Process Owners to identify documents needing updates. -Coordinate with Process Owners to understand redlines needed and time needed to complete task. -Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to outline new processes and align changes needed. -Track changes through our document control system to ensure approval prior to May 2024. -Manage Power BI dashboard to communicate document status, drive prioritization and visibility. Education/Experience: No Degree Required. 3+ years of experience in developing, editing, and maintaining Quality System documentation in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry environment. • Advanced knowledge of Agile, MS Word, MS Excel, Smartsheet's and Power BI. • Ability to successfully interface with various departments across organization. • Excellent communication skills, time management and organization sills with attention to detail.
