Our Project Delivery team directs, coordinates and manages the technical and operational aspects of projects, securing the successful completion of clinical trials. We collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project and ensure that solutions are implemented.
The Business Hub Leader is a new function that will transform the way our FSP BU does business. Functioning in a matrix environment, this role will provide strategic oversight, leadership and direction for FSP Business unit to include Data Management, Biostats, Medical Writing, PVG, and Regulatory Affairs. A Strategic role driving change in how we fundamentally grow and develop our FSP talent pool in these markets. Ensuring greatest capacity, synergize and efficiencies are realized at the individual employee and functional levels. Significantly increasing our footprint in Europe, India and Latin America, and growing our FSP operational footprint in other appropriate markets, while ensuring optimal use of the workforce and driving efficiencies, revenue and utilization. Operating cross functionally, this Sr Director level role will partner with stakeholders in various functional areas including Business Development and will be responsible for executing the strategic direction of the FSP BU, leading it to best in class in our industry.

Summarized Purpose:
Provides strategic direction, leadership and management across multiple Therapeutic areas to direct the delivery of projects/programs within cost, time and quality requirements. Works globally with other groups to develop new business and to deliver existing business. Responsible for achieving overall financial goals (sales/repeat business, revenue and profitability). Works with leadership in all functional areas on the continuous development/improvement of business processes to support cross functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete and managed appropriately.

Education and Experience:
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.
Preferred minimum of 7+ years of management responsibility

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Poland is zł540,000.00-zł675,000.00.
