The Sr Director of Business Transformation will play a critical role in driving and orchestrating strategic changes across Thomson Reuters Partnerships and Alliances (P&A). This role will be responsible for developing the transformation strategy to support the integration of partnership activity into all facets of TR, including the successful roll out and adoption of new tools and processes. The Sr Director of Business Transformation will bring 11+ years of relevant experience in change management or related fields and a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives that have positively impacted operational efficiency.

In this opportunity you will:
Develop P&A methodology for supporting Change Management that aligns with Thomson Reuters strategic priorities.Assess business and partner readiness for change and identify potential challenges.Develop mitigation plans to address resistance and obstacles to change.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that change management initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy and vision.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.Utilize structured methodologies to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.Create and execute communication plans to keep employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties informed about changes.Engage with Teammates at all levels to build buy-in and support for change initiatives.Identify opportunities for process improvement within the change management function.Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into the change management process.Develop and execute change management strategies that incorporate best practices to support team engagement, communication, and adaptation to change.Work closely with Partner and Sales Training/Enablement teams to develop training programs, workshops, and resources that aid in the adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparent communication throughout the transformation journey.Employ data-driven insights and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and make real-time adjustments as needed.Provide mentorship and guidance to teams involved in change projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Champion the employee's voice by ensuring all processes are reviewed with a strong attention to design; gather feedback from employees and managers on prototypes and co-create enhancements that drive value to our end users.Regularly review front line metrics to assess opportunities to enhance or automate manual or repetitive tasksConsistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Thomson Reuter's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.Adheres to Thomson Reuters data, security, risk and compliance standards and protects company assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.Performs other duties as assigned.
