Responsibilities:Manage end to end delivery of services to a top client across functions ;Develop and implement client management strategies and initiatives to ensure client satisfactionAct as a primary point of contact for the client, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client service, including coordination of resources and resolving any client issues or concerns.Identify and pursue business development opportunities with new clients, leveraging market research, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's services and value proposition.Assist with negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and maximizing business opportunities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing client management and business development strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to support business development efforts.Requirements:7+ years of experience in client management and business development in a financial institution.Significant knowledge and experience in managing Operations processesProven track record in successfully managing and growing client relationships, exceeding revenue targets, and driving business development initiatives.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and motivate team members.A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.Experience in Data Analytics and Power BI.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
