About Sr. Digital Sales Director - Canada

  Launch is looking for an experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for helping us expand our presence in Canada.

  You will be joining a team of digital, strategy, product design, and engineering experts bringing digital product transformations to some of the world's most interesting brands.

  You will be actively initiating and owning all pre and post-sales efforts. Yes, you'll be a hunter in pursuit of new logos in partnership with our Canadian General Manager. In addition to supporting your new landed customers, you'll also lead the charge in post-sales support including Customer relationship management, expansion of services, and ensuring the delivery team(s) are executing high-quality work and timely deliverables.

  Job Responsibilities Include:

  Originate and Close new business in the digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas that encompass Mobile, Web, OTT, and e-commerce applications and solutions. Apply a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, and service offerings to assigned accounts and prospects. Learn and understand go-to-market strategy, key service offerings, sales plays, messages, and motions; be able to confidently lead and walk through a Launch corporate presentation with customers and prospects. Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota. Drive/lead coordinated marketing efforts in tight partnership with GM, CRO, and the Marketing team. Actively facilitate and collaborate with the General Manager, Client Partners, Consulting Directors, and other leaders to grow new logos and existing accounts. Manage your share of sales performance for the region, inclusive of pipeline health. Ability and willingness to travel across Canada as required.

  Basic Qualifications:

  10+ years' experience selling professional services, consulting, digital, and/or IT solutions services with a proven track record of exceeding quota. 5+ years' experience selling in digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas. 3+ years of selling Outcome Based solutions in the service industry. Deep experience with modern application development, techniques, and trends in one or more targeted verticals.

  Preferred Skills:

  Understanding the value of modern digital experiences (UI/UX/CX) is strongly preferred. Strategic ability to interface and successfully influence multiple C-Level executives. Demonstrated ability and success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $5+ million. Demonstrated ability to sell digital services with a primary focus on modern application design, development, and product strategy from ideation to launch. Experience selling Agile-based solutions with knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum Sound decision-making and critical thinking, strong networking skills. Solid sense of ownership and accountability; works independently and professionally without much guidance. Experience selling SOW-based projects with a complete delivery team vs. pure staff augmentation. Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership primarily within private sector clients. Must be able to drive and lead business discussions with domain solutions support from practice managers. Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

  This is a Remote role to be based anywhere in Ontario or Quebec.

  Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

  This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
