Primary Function of Position
Responsible for setting strategic product vision, managing product roadmap and guiding teams and stakeholder through to successHas clinical understanding about surgical planningProvides deep product expertise needed to make strategic product decisions. Analyzes market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demandsTakes on 'Product Owner' hat (as part of the product team) to drive delivery with the development team by translating requirements and managing the backlogRoles And ResponsibilitiesSet ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders as well as the teamTakes on Product Owner role (following Scrum) leading the development team and manages delivery of product visionCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align with team strategy and requirementsOwns and reviews product specific OKRs that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levelsFacilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demosCollaborates with designers to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure customer-driven designAlign outward facing product requirements and stakeholdersWorks closely with Product Director / Head of Product to establish product team's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessaryQualifications and key skills:
