Benefits:Opportunity to grow and advance within the health insurance industryFlexible work options with a team of driven, motivated individualsStarting Salary: \$55,300 to \$69,200 Responsibilities Provide 4th levelsupport for junior level desktop engineers, the Service Desk, andcompany IT initiatives Responsible for resolving complex situationsPerform analysis, research and testing for company-wide reportedcomputer system issues, while proactively engineering and implementingsolutions as well as identifying opportunities for continuous serviceimprovements Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and takes aproactive and consultative approach in making recommendations Primaryescalation point for complex end-user issues unable to be resolved byother IT services and support (ITSS) team members Assist inhardware/software evaluation, selection, acquisition, installation,maintenance and purchasing Create/deliver company-wide communicationsregarding technology issues or changes Responsible for recommendingtechnology standards that may affect the entire organization Activelyparticipate in Quartz initiatives and projects Develop and designsolutions to make projects successful Share in project management andwork as liaison for project manager when they are unavailable Act asspokesperson for the ITSS line of business in projects Execute projecttasks including after hours work when required Perform regular andemergency software patching and updates Package and test patches andupdates before deployment Perform deployments, usually after hoursDeploy emergency (zero day) patches in a timely manner Assist inmaintaining effective mobile device systems, policies, and proceduresMentor desktop support engineers, desktop support analysts and servicedesk analysts Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience4 Years of IT Support related experience Applicants have the option towork hybrid or full-time from our Madison, WI office.
