The Role
The Senior Delivery Manager is a key role within our Data & Analytics team, tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of strategic and operational projects, as well as key programs. The ideal candidate should have the ability to strike a balance between being hands-on in managing projects and delegating tasks effectively to ensure optimal team performance and project success. The successful candidate will interact regularly with senior stakeholders, requiring the highest levels of integrity and excellent communication skills.
Functional Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic and operational projects. Including activities such as: defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking project performance.Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to drive project team and executives to make decisions in a timely manner to deliver project as to agreed scope and schedule.Lead and drive issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation, change and dependency management. Escalate any risks / roadblocks with appropriate level of urgency.Ensure readiness for change across business by ensuring effectiveness of change management programs that will result in the successful adoption of new solutions/business processes.Leverage business relationship management skills and the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the respective business stakeholders.Lead Finance Learning program to ensure alignment with the People organization and the Finance organization goals. Oversee the development of e-learnings for business stakeholders

Requires the ability to persuade others in sensitive complex situations while preserving relationships. Applies knowledge to influence stakeholders on desired departmental outcomes.Accountable through team for delivery of tactical business objectives.Manages 2 -3 direct resources to deliver on stated objectives.
Qualifications:
7+ years of work experience in some combination of the following: strategy, financial analysis and/or project managementUndergraduate BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management or similar field; MBA a plusKnowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely supportable decisionsProven experience in setting priorities and assuming responsibility for work and work productsProven experience in delivering insights to management in a clear and concise mannerProven experience in data visualization and story tellingProficiency in Power BI is a plus
