Job Description:

　　With guidance from DTCC Test Execution Manager(s) and Test Lead(s) develops and executes assigned testing scope as prescribed by the Enterprise Data Testing Framework, Testing Stakeholders and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Responsible for daily development and execution of assigned data quality testing covering various data lifecycles, exercising judgment, deep technical expertise and critical thinking to detect, identify and uncover data quality issues and confirm accuracy and completeness of data within Bank systems. Works closely with test partners and key stakeholders to support testing activities, operates and adheres to established testing framework(s) and proactively establishes checks and balance activities to avoid delivery issues. Key role in the communication and reporting of the testing work being performed and proactively and positively influences any resistance received from test partners and data stakeholders.

　　Candidate will be responsible for multiple, simultaneous efforts and will utilize analytical and technical skills to execute assigned responsibilities. Focuses on sustainability/stability of current state while helping to establish future state processes.

　　Proactively identifies process and procedural enhancements with respect testing and testing tools. Adherence to established testing policies and procedures, employing professional skepticism to ensure high quality for, and defend-ability of, all accepted testing data and evidence.

　　Required Skills:

　　• 5-7 Years of experience in Independent Testing, Application Management and/or Data Management

　　• Strong data quality knowledge (Accuracy, completeness, timeliness dimensions, data risk mitigation, etc)

　　• Technical: ETL, DB development, SQL, Teradata, Quality Center, Macros, Excel/Access, PowerPoint, Perforce

　　• Strong understanding of database concepts like (views, primary keys, table joins)

　　• Experience operating and executing testing within Enterprise Infoquality (eIQ) including establishing database connections within the tool to various RDBMS systems

　　• Experience with the Enterprise Data Quality Testing (eDQT) system specifically with TSL updates and creation of tables needed when executing testing within eIQ

　　• Involvement with Data Transformation and Data Capture testing in Transport and Capture data lifecycle

　　• Strong oral & written communication and comfortable presenting to a wide variety of audiences

　　• Comfortable leading and influencing with and without direct authority

　　• Resourceful/ proactive in situations when not all information is available or there is no apparent "right" answer

　　• Strong understanding / experience on Automation tools (UFT / Selenium etc.)

　　• Capable to navigate conflict to enable productive solutions

　　• Close attention to detail

　　• Experience working on global delivery model

　　Desired Skills

　　• Knowledge of Python or BI tools a plus

　　• Experience as part of an Audit organization or a deep history of interactions with Audit (Internal and External)

　　• Strong Project Planning/Management

　　• Basic knowledge of Tableau and/or other reporting tools
