About the Role
A successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to navigate an ambiguous environment with a truth-seeking mentality.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese to make and deliver executive-level presentations and connect with the partners in APAC and Japan, as well as strong analytical skills to turn undefined problems into sound strategies with clear action plans. Most importantly, you should not be afraid to challenge the status quo and make improvement recommendations.
Your Impact In Role
Program management: You will be responsible for owning the Spender support, setting the right priorities and assisting in timely re-prioritization as vital, making data-driven decisionsCross-functional coordination: continuously find opportunities to improve cross-functional ways of working to align strategic goals, plan efficiently, and collaborate to best deliver impactTeam & Stakeholder management: Tackle problems with multiple partners including the team members in the Community Support team. Building trust and partnerships will be the key to successAgenda and storytelling: Drive strategic agenda development and executive storytelling across internal executive communication
The Experience You'll Bring
Proven track record and at least 2-3 years experience handling a teamProficient in spoken and written English and JapaneseStrong multitasking and prioritization skills
