About this job
At CarMax Auto Finance (CAF), we put the needs of our customers and associates first, while supporting our retail division in their quest to make the car buying experience iconic. As a Sr. Representative in Servicing Strategy, you will participate in driving technological and process innovations and improvements in Customer Servicing and Fulfillment in our Auto Finance division. By assisting in improving our strategies to better serve our customers, the Strategy Sr. Representative will play a key in assisting in streamlining work processes, thereby driving optimal associate engagement.
What you will do
Execute various operational process and procedure reviews, thru sit ins, call listening or side by side reviews to confirm the process being executed and how it compares to the documented policies and procedures. Seek to understand any variations and the reasons for them.Document and communicate a summary of opportunities identified when conducting process or procedure reviews and the reasons for them.Maintain department reports.When gaps are identified and processes are improved, perform remediations and identify any controls neededSupport projects supporting new/improved processes and communicate regularly with Managers to discuss the status of ongoing projects.

In this role you will have the opportunity to assess current business processes and work to establish "best-in-class" ideas that will continue to make CarMax an industry leader. In this role you will have the ability to use functional expertise to make recommendations and play a key role in process improvement with the CAF Operations organization that will assist associates in being more accurate, and productive.
Qualifications and requirements
High school diploma and/or one-year related experience. Collections and/or Customer Service experience preferred.Basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic typing skills, including minimum accuracy requirements.Effective time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated leadership among peers. Ability to apply and exhibit a logical thought process.
