Your New Role
Assists the Manager Clearances & Syndication Contracts and performs Contract Administrator functions. Duties include interfacing with various departments inside and outside of the division, supplying reports and providing information, as necessary.
Your Role Accountabilities
Review and analyze Field Orders for accuracies, omissions and discrepancies.
Input and track Pre-Orders (Field Orders) in our Stars system.
Prepare Acceptance Letters and complete New Contract Orders/Change Orders.
Prepare License Agreements and Amendments.
Prepare fully executed letters for signed License Agreements and Amendments.
Responsible for following-up with stations regarding unsigned License Agreements and Amendments (e.g., via e-mail or phone) to obtain signed documentation.
Assist with gathering time period and barter information from television stations and cable networks in preparation of the launch of First Run and Off-Network syndicated television programs.
Various projects as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience with syndication television contract preparation or comparable experience performing the essential job duties of this position is required.
Strong knowledge and solid understanding of syndication business preferred (i.e., Nielsen, Television Networks, Programs, Barter, Contracts, and Schedules).
Strong knowledge/understanding of language and provisions in legal contracts.
Knowledge of working in various system applications.
Experience in established internal control environments preferred.
Must have experience with handling/processing large volumes of data with excellent attention to detail, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
BA/BS degree required.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word & Adobe are required.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have excellent attention to detail, with accurate input and proofing skills.
Knowledge of contractual clauses and how they affect properly constructed contracts.
Must have ability to quickly learn new applications in a complex Enterprise-wide environment.
Communicate effectively & tactfully with individuals of all levels.
Work collaboratively within the department, across the function and with external stakeholders.
Autonomously and resourcefully, deliver high-quality, high-impact work, end-to-end.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting deadlines.
Coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
Interact in a professional environment with a culturally diverse staff.
Work reasonable overtime, if necessary.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
