Position Overview

As a Senior Content Insights and Optimization Manager in Autodesk's Content and SEO team, you will evaluate content performance and driving content optimization. Our team accelerates Autodesk's revenue and traffic growth through building digital content that our audiences crave.

You will be responsible for both producing strategic insights on the performance of key types of content in addition to building a content optimization program to help teams execute your actionable insights. You are motivated by data-driven curiosity and has experience improving the content we put in front of our customers. You will report to the Senior Manager, Search Experience and Content Performance. This is a remote role, but you will be asked to travel 1-2x per year for planning meetings.

Responsibilities

Analyze content performance data from different sources, assessing digital content effectiveness and evaluating user engagement, conversion metrics, and trends

Identify deep, applicable insights into content performance, sharing insights with relevant teams on what's working and what's not working

Use insights from content analysis to create and develop a comprehensive content optimization program for important content types, collaborating with content creators to implement recommendations

Design strategies and guidelines for content optimization, using insights identified within content performance data

Develop important performance metrics to track and evaluate content and optimization projects, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Educate cross-functional teams to improve content quality and performance enhancements, aligning with content strategy and SEO guidelines. Share insights and work with content creators to implement recommendations

Continuously refine and evolve the content optimization program based on performance data and emerging trends, enhancing web content to meet business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data analytics, content analytics or related roles. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics workspaces

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate content performance data and extract meaningful insights

Familiarity with content marketing, content structures, and content creation processes

Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices, as SEO often plays an important role in content analysis

Experience working with cross-functional teams toward common goals

Responsabilités

Sensibiliser les équipes interfonctionnelles à l'amélioration de la qualité du contenu et des performances, en s'alignant sur la stratégie de contenu et les directives de référencement. Partager les idées et travailler avec les créateurs de contenu pour mettre en œuvre les recommandations

Affiner et faire évoluer en permanence le programme d'optimisation du contenu sur la base des données de performance et des tendances émergentes, en améliorant le contenu web pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise

Qualifications minimales

Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'analyse de données, l'analyse de contenu ou des rôles connexes. Connaissance des espaces de travail Adobe Analytics

Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et d'interprétation des données afin d'évaluer les données relatives aux performances du contenu et d'en extraire des informations utiles

Familiarité avec le marketing de contenu, les structures de contenu et les processus de création de contenu

Compréhension des principes et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'optimisation des moteurs de recherche (SEO), étant donné que le SEO joue souvent un rôle important dans l'analyse du contenu

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,400 and $144,980. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
