We work in a global and strategic context ensuring the frameworks and governance that enable Vestas to attract and retain employees and to be a competitive and responsible employer. To ensure the right frameworks and governance we use a methodical and holistic approach to design, develop and implement programs and processes within the compensation and benefit area; including incentives, position and organizational evaluation, cost scenarios, projects with insured and other employee benefits. We also advise and approve on decisions regarding compensation across the organization with the use of internal and external benchmarks and detailed data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Regional compensation expert for USA and Canada, by providing HR colleagues and business stakeholders with methodical insights in the frame of Vestas global compensation concepts, and advise, guide and question stakeholders on compensation related issues.Advisor role for HRBPs in the region on the Reward areaRegional governance of compensation structures and components, i.e. position evaluation, spot awards, off-cycle increase, allowances, benefits and other elements related to total compensationRegional responsibility of the annual reward cycle, evaluate and advise for businessEnsure global programs and policies are implemented according to legislation, culture, market practice and local business needsCarry out annual campaigns ensuring the bonus pay out and merit increase process in the region with support from global service team - including guidance to HR BPs and managers, local business involvement, and feedback to global colleagues on process improvementsAuditing and reporting of compensation data and specific focus areas (i.e. spot awards, promotions, etc.)Take part in benchmark validation run ensuring input from local market and business knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Finance, Business, or HR)Experience from international company working with compensation and reward across process and data countries in North American region
Competencies:
Good critical skills with high level of quality and skilled compliance to process and policyGood stakeholder management and communication skillsFinancial understanding and interestHighly experienced in excel and HR systems (preferably Success factors and SAP)Solution-oriented approachHolistic perspective
