  About this role:

  iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Sr. Compensation Analystin our Manila, Philippines office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere.   Key Responsibilities Include:

  The role of the Senior HR Compensation Analyst will be to assist in developing and implementing the salary, bonus and long-term incentive programs for the Company. This will include the design, management, communication, compliance and administration of our compensation programs.

  Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure that compensation recommendations are aligned with business needs and goals. Coordinate with HR Business Partners to review jobs, special reports preparation and distribution, data preparation and collaboration with HROPs for HRIS data updates. Manage and leverage the survey library and investigate results to proactively identify trends and patterns through data and develop recommendations to support business objectives. Assist with the annual compensation planning cycle and manage the compensation planning tools including Workday. Help with annual system testing by preparing test scripts and data imports Collaborate on biweekly HC Review with HRBPs of new job submissions for compensation data accuracy and JD alignment before committee review. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and employment law compliance are met Be integral member in system implementations, new program research, and analysis. Understanding of multiple surveys and their platform is highly desired; Radford survey is experience a plus About you:

  Minimum Requirements:

  5 to 7 years of compensation experience. Global compensation experience strongly preferred especially US. Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint to create charts, graphs and calculations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong data analysis and reporting skills Strong attention to detail Advanced communication skills (oral and written) Knowledge of different HR tools like Workday, HRSoft, Greenhouse, Fresh service is desired Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you collaborate with multiple partners at multiple levels Ability to maintain strict data confidentiality Ability to work under pressure with high energy Be agile with a mindset of a life-long learner Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent required MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
