Technology Engineering Services (TES) is the technical execution arm within the Global Robotics Deployment (GRD) organization. TES is responsible for software and hardware systems integration, continuous improvement, MHE simulation, sensorization and analytics designed to integrate products as operationally effective production systems worldwide. TES develops internally consumed deployment tools to enable the large-scale deployment solutions that improve quality, speed of delivery, and lower fulfillment costs for our partners.
The Sr. Communications Manager creates artifacts that define and report on the strategic vision for TES. Collaborating with counterparts across the Global Robotics Delivery (GRD) organization the Sr. Communications Mgr will manage the Strategic Planning Sessions (SPS) as well as the Operational Planning (OP1/2) for TES. They will develop and lead Business Reviews on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis (WBR/MBR/QBR/YBR) holding goal owners accountable for deliverables. The role is responsible for standardizing communications, managing project intake processes, developing metrics and leading business development for strategic technical solutions created, developed and maintained by the TES organization.
Key job responsibilities
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
• Execute on communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence (all hands, team meetings, etc.)
• Own the business cadence and governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews)
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
• Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
• Build and maintain integrated reporting processes
• Write business and operational planning documents
• Own annual planning and other adhoc planning cycles
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership teams across multiple sites and functions
• Measure and report effectiveness of new programs
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Strong data analytical skills and experience developing and using tools to analyze large data sets to drive decisions.
Understanding of warehouse fulfillment operations and logistics.
Track record of being detail-oriented, demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
Familiar with developing products through program phase gate processes.
Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements to ensure operational success.
