POSITION SUMMARY
Provide application support for CNC products to Machine Tool Builders(MTBs), Dealers, and end-users. Develop product presentation materialand deliver technical support, guidance, and training for CNCapplications. This will also be given to customers and MEAU personnelvia telephone, e-mail, on-site visits, and Web based technology where wereview the project and provide valuable solutions to reduce machinecycle time and improve the look and feel of the final product to meetour customers requirements.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
Provide detailed application support to MTBs, Dealers, and end-users onall Mitsubishi CNC products through in-house and on-site channels
Provide pre & post-sales support to end users, in collaboration withMEAU Sales Teams
Develop and provide advanced technical product and application trainingon Mitsubishi products, both in-person and virtual.
When approved, perform service support, startup, and project work
Actively identify, promote, and deliver on opportunities for applicationand training support needs
Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentations and coursecurriculums for CNC products, including programming, startup, operation,PLC and maintenance
Provide technical training to customers, machine tool dealers, MTBs, andMEAU personnel on Mitsubishi CNC product operations and advancedprogramming capabilities
Participate in tradeshow events by developing show demos and working inthe booth
May be required to follow other job-related instructions and performadditional duties as assigned

Between 30% to 50% travel based on customer demand, primarily with theAmericas
