The Sr. End to End Testing manager for complex back office platforms, will require an individual with strong communication and leadership skills. The individual should be well versed in automated testing methodologies and be able to develop a test strategy for large projects that cross multiple application suites.

What you will be responsible for
As The Test Strategy lead you will:
Work with business to identify testing scope and prioritiesManage and triage end to end testing environmentReview and recommend the proper testing tools to ensure a repeatable automated process is used for business Unit testing.Partner closely with the business and various agile teams to align the business unit testing roadmap with the delivery schedule.Collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring their performance and deliverables meet the program's requirements, and manage vendor relationships effectively through clear communication and influencing skillsIdentify and mitigate risks using strong problem solving abilities and effective communicationCommunicate program progress, issues and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams using strong communication and influencing skills to garner support and alignmentReview, analyze and recommend tools and processes to improve and automate workflows

Bachelor's degree in related or relevant field10+ years' experience in program management roles in banking6+ years' experience in an Agile ecosystemStrong Experience Cash, Payments and CustodyExperience with Vendor engagement and managementTesting experience with industry/marketsISO 20022 experience

Salary Range:
$135,000 - $210,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
