The Client Systems Engineering Senior Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager contributes to the successful delivery of Client Systems projects for Store Systems, Retail Desktop, Corporate Desktop, and Mobile Infrastructure Engineering; with a responsibility to: partner with IT Delivery Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors to identify, plan, and monitor the delivery and support efforts of their teams, partner with project leaders and team members to develop the project plan, including scope, timeline and budget (Charter) ongoing project management, including maintaining the project plan and ensuring budgets, timelines, and scope are being managed properly, evaluate, adjust, and share project information to support good decision-making and accurate reporting of status, schedule, and budget, partner with project leaders to manage changes to scope, timeline, and budget
ensure all appropriate areas are represented (IT, business areas, vendors, etc.) and that effective relationships are developed and maintained comprehend and facilitate adherence to processes that enable project delivery (e.g., information protection, hardware/software procurement, access, supplemental contracting), assist in identifying, examining, and reporting risks and issues; raising awareness and advising appropriate corrective action to reduce or eliminate impact to projects, when needed, independently lead work efforts to analyze, develop or procure, and implement solutions, foster and maintain cooperative relationships with other IT groups, supporting offices, business area customers, and vendor partners, and project maintenance and reporting (including but not limited to project storyboards, Clarity, Open Workbench updates)
Required Qualifications
bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, communications; or other analytical discipline (or equivalent experience), minimum of five years' experience in the IT Industry in an analytical role, with responsibility for planning and executing projects, knowledge of systems development and project management methodologies; and how they are employed to successfully deliver, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with peers, managers, customers, and vendor partners, competency in determining priority and managing time and quality in the execution of multiple concurrent projects and assignments, ability to be flexible and handle stressful situations in a professional manner, and obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
minimum of seven years' experience in the IT Industry in an analytical role, with responsibility for planning and executing projects experience leveraging software tools designed to plan, execute, and monitor projects, e.g., Clarity/Open Workbench, Microsoft Project proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
