  Business Systems Overview

  As our business evolves, we are hiring a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a focus on supporting our Order to Cash and Revenue workstreams. Reporting to the Director of Finance Enterprise Applications, this hire will play a key role planning and executing Finance systems related projects and highly prioritized on demand requests. You will partner with business leaders and domain experts across Finance to understand and interpret functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, collaborate with our technical resources, and deliver solutions on existing platforms such as NetSuite and RevPro.

   What You Will Be Doing: Identify areas of improvement to increase accuracy, completeness and/or consistency and implement solutions in process, policy, and overall operations of Finance processes Lead systems-related project execution in direct partnership with Finance Work multi-functionally to document and analyze processes end to end Advise the business on best practices to better optimize our enterprise tools Partner with functional business owners to resolve systems related issues Gather, document, and refine business requirements Act as the Product Owner/Scrum Master during the Agile development process Partner with the technical team to lead User Acceptance Testing for deployments Develop customer communications, training, and job aids to assist in successful business transitions Acts as the main point of contact for all new incoming business requests from your specific stakeholders What You Bring Along: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a business systems analyst role Understanding of industry standard Finance processes spanning across the whole Finance organization Specific expertise within Order to Cash and Revenue Extended experience using NetSuite and working directly with users of the software Experience with RevPro is preferred Project management skills and the ability to operate in an Agile delivery framework Understanding of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling and systems design methodologies Demonstrated experience in business analysis techniques such as gathering requirements, conducting interviews, modeling and creating use cases Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to think independently and consider cross-functional/downstream impacts Ability to build and lead multi-functional relationships High level of technical curiosity to learn and apply new technologies BS or BA preferred. PMP, NetSuite, Salesforce or Agile Certifications are all highly desirable

  Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

  The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

  These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

  An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

  Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

  The typical starting salary range for this role is:

  $94,300 - $149,155 USD

  The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:

  $113,300 - $179,170 USD
