Job Description
* This person will be working closely with project managers to support the Loyalty project. They will liaising across any business units supporting the loyalty project and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, upgrade, and support of the new Oracle Siebel software. This includes communicating requirements and specs to any stakeholders, documenting techncial requirements, providing project updates, etc.
Skills and Requirements
* 3+ years of experience within an analytical role
* Experience supporting product throughout project lifecycle/ solution deployment, communicating across business
* Experience reviewing and documenting business requirements, business rules, and technical specifications null
