Global ISV Operations supports the partner team to enable AWS teams to better serve our partners and customers in their journey to the cloud.
We are seeking a Sr. Business Operations Lead as a key member of the WW ISV Operations team ensuring the leadership team has the necessary information to operate and execute efficiently. You will partner with senior leaders to provide data driven insights that influence business decisions. You will analyze goals/initiatives/processes, and provide recommendations for improvement. You will build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills that will enabling you to dive deep into the data to find answers, and to summarize the data into a logical analysis that ensures all stakeholders are informed.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to define and drive the global ISV strategy.
Develop appropriate tools and standard templates for operational cadences that allow operations at scale.
Lead sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
Earn trust of senior leaders by driving predictability on key goals and get-to-green action plans.
Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years experience in business operations, sales operations, program management, or finance.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive successful business outcomes.
Experience working in a matrixed organization, and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
SFDC, Tableau, QuickSight, Excel.
Experience working in a lean, fast-paced organization.
Experience working in a partner organization; ISV experience a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market.
