About the Role
The Business Development team strengthens Uber's position as the world's leading mobility platform through creative and mutually beneficial commercial partnerships that unlock outsized value today and for many years to come.This role is an outstanding opportunity to join the team responsible for leading our Strategic Partnerships for the UK Mobility business.
You will develop partnership strategy, source and manage partnerships that accelerate the growth of Uber Rides in the UK. Recent partnerships led by the team have enabled launch of Uber Travel (Trains, Flights, Coach) and is driving the transition to 100% EVs in London by 2025.
What You'll Do
Evaluate new business development, critical initiatives and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysesSource, negotiate and implement high priority strategic partnerships in alignment to our business model and prioritiesIdentify specific partners to approach, nurture the requisite senior relationships, and effectively communicate Uber's value proposition and potential partnership opportunitiesWork with both internal and external product, operations and marketing teams to drive successful partnership outcomesDevelop deep relationships with key strategic partners aligned with OKRs.
What You'll Need
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development or partner management and/or3-5 years experience in Consulting, Investment Banking or M&ADemonstration of achievement by executing on partnerships or delivering high impact projects / transactionsExcellent use of insights and data-driven decision making
