Job Description About the Role:
As a Sr Business Analyst, you will work through all phases of the ERP projects including, but not limited to, leading focus groups and workshops to discuss requirements, articulate business processes and creating functional designs that meet the strategic needs of the supply chain initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design, and Technical DesignProvide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needsProvide advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business users, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teamsConfigure and test Oracle EBS applications: Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), OPM Quality, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, PIM etc.Identify gaps in the application functionality and provide solutionsDevelop and documents detailed functional specifications, business process models and scenariosParticipate in the user forums and provide Conference Room Pilot (CRPs) guidelines and facilitationUnderstand required integration with other applications – ASCP, WMS, Agile PLM etc.Participate in regular project status reviews and support the implementation readiness review processEngage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
Who You Are:
You will have functional ERP implementation experience in process manufacturing and supply chain areas. You have completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementation of Oracle EBS R 12 while having strong collaboration skills between the end user and business.
This is a Hybrid role in which some office presence is needed due to business needs.
Qualifications Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or associated field10+ years’ experience in Oracle EBS implementations5+ years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agencyExpertise in Oracle EBS & SCM Suite of applications – OPM, OPM Quality, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management etc and understanding of other modules like ASCP, PDH, WMS, etc.,Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation supportExperience in Oracle EBS implementation methodologies (AIM) across different phases like Business Process Study, Requirement Gathering, As-Is & To-Be Mapping (Solution Design), CRPs, UATs, SITs, Build till Go-live.At least 5 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Oracle OPM and Supply ChainExperience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test ExecutionSolid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architectureExtensive experience presenting to senior IT and Business colleagues and possess strong listening skills to make informed decisionsCapable of translating business requirements and architecture designs into system designs while tracking project activities and progress towards business value realization, while being willing and able to train and mentor staff Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance/ Procurement/PIM and Agile PLMCertification in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERPBiotech / Life Sciences experience Additional Information Why Biogen?
