SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Monetization & Portfolio Management (MPM) team within Warner Bros Discovery Technology Operations is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst that will lead and support multiple initiatives with our Global Brands & Experience (GBE) and WB Games business partners. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for closely collaborating on the integration of new technologies and workflows as they are designed, developed, deployed, and integrated across our system landscape.
You will be supporting the deal management solution which is s SharePoint site. You will facilitate deal negotiations before contract stage, minimum guarantees, understand and document estimated revenue generation based off the product. Your responsibilities also include evaluations and onboarding of new licensees; facilitate credit check of the vendor or license, onboard the vendor or license if they are new.
The stakeholders you will be support are called "category managers" who manage different merchandise categories such as stores, fashion, publishing. You will work with licenses to create the deals. You may also work with agents representing external licenses and legal and compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES % OF TIME
Requirements Gathering & Functional Design: 60%
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the current state and document business requirements for newly requested features & enhancements. Translate business requirements into a comprehensive functional design that achieves the ideal future state while adhering to best technical practices. Collaborate with the development team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of planned features
Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing: 30%
Create high quality detailed test scripts and conduct Quality Assurance testing on newly developed features. Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions with the business stakeholders to ensure testing is thorough and completed in a timely manner.
Ad hoc Activities: 10%
Conduct other activities assigned by management team or project leads

Skills and Requirements
4+ years' experience as a business analyst
Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements
Experience with the Salesforce platform and designing custom solutions in the platform
Demonstrated ability to lead conversations to decisions, addressing outstanding questions, providing clarification necessary, and getting sign off on designs
Ability to anticipate design and workflow questions before they are asked
Expertise in modeling complicated processes and mapping current-state to future-state business processes
Confidence to lead conversations with multiple stakeholders, setting agendas and capturing clear next steps to keep discovery on track
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
Excellent analytical, trouble shooting and critical thinking skills
High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good work ethic
Experience in test planning, test case development and execution
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client engagement skills that encourage discussion
Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies
Application & System Knowledge:
CRM tools (Salesforce) - highly desirable
Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
