About The Role:
As a CBRE Business Sr. Analyst, you will assist the sales team with complex research, administrative support, and, portfolio management.
This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You'll Do:
Establish relationships with key business partners across various organizational levels.
Create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials for management review.
Drive financial, operational, and other measures and KPIs assigned in the annual review.
Oversee sales activity throughout the process, reviewing accurate, up-to-date information in sales database systems.
Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Review leases and leases abstraction
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create financial models.

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
Real Estate license preferred (California)
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Business Analyst position is $80,000 annually ($38.46hr) and the maximum salary for the Sr. Business Analyst is $85,000 annually ($40.86/hr).
