The mission of the Baby Registry program is to help parents-to-be prepare for the arrival and early needs of their child. As brand manager for the US Baby Registry program, you will manage the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the Baby Registry program with the goal of driving registrant acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role presents a unique opportunity to join an industry-leading program and reimagine how we engage with current and prospective customers during an exciting time in their lives.
The ideal candidate will be able to work at the strategic level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth as well as at the tactical level by creating and managing campaigns with marketing tools, analyzing customer engagement data, and solving problems. The Baby Registry brand manager should be passionate about the customer and must have proven analytical capability, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to automate and scale to drive personalized, contextual, and relevant messages to customers.
This role must operate from a company-wide perspective and lead cross-functional and cross-business projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with marketing, product, analytics, and technology teams to build out and optimize programs over time. You will also cross-share learnings with Global teams to share best practices and insights.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct customer and market research to identify current and future trends
Design a research-based brand strategy for the US Baby Registry
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement
Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Retail stakeholders team to align marketing strategies with product enhancements, promotions, and events ensuring a seamless customer journey and experience
Manage the annual marketing budget
Utilize data to measure the performance of all initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Review and approve customer-facing assets, communications, and campaigns
Share insights with internal stakeholders to drive innovation on behalf of our customers.
About the team
The US Baby Registry team manages the WW technology for Baby Registry and Baby Wishlist across 12 countries, as well as the US Baby Registry program. This includes helping parents-to-be identify the products they need to start their parenting journey, making it easy for them to share their gift list with well-wishers, sending them a Prime-exclusive welcome gift, and providing registry-exclusive discounts. The team is comprised of passionate thinkers and tinkerers who marry creative and technical innovation to improve the customer shopping experience. Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
