　　The CrowdStrike Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) team is seeking a passionate cyber professional to join our rapidly growing team tasked with defending CAO Elite customers and understanding their adversaries.

　　As an Automation Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will be a pivotal part of our team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through innovative automation solutions. Your primary role involves developing and implementing scripts and automation tools across various internal systems such as JIRA, Slack, and other internal tools. You will interface with teams within Counter Adversary Operations as well as other teams at CrowdStrike to identify and implement automation solutions and solve problems. You will play a key role in identifying areas for process improvement and deploying automation strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency. You will also assist in the administration of these systems in their day-to-day operations.

　　What You'll Do:Script Development and Automation: Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks across platforms like JIRA, Slack, and other internal systems.System Integration: Develop integrations between different internal systems to streamline workflows and improve communication channels between analysts and customers.Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor automated processes, perform troubleshooting, and ensure consistent performance.Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide automation support. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in maximizing tools' capabilities. Report on the impact of automation initiatives on team productivity.Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest tools, trends and best practices and suggest ways to incorporate these into our operations.What You'll Need:

　　Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proficiency in basic scripting languages with a focus on automation (e.g., Groovy, Python).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time working hours.Preferred:Familiarity/experience in Atlassian Jira operation/administration.Familiarity/experience with additional Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket).Experience with APIs for integration with other tools and systems.Familiarity/experience in Slack scripting and bots.#LI-Remote
