　　KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate to join our Tax Ignition practice.

　　Responsibilities:Work with tax business teams to identify anomalies, trends and derive insights in large volumes of data to support tax planning, benchmarking, and other initiativesAssist with data acquisition from disparate systems and in different formats including ERP systems, web, databases and excelPerform exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns and communicate findings via visualization toolsWork effectively with various technology groups, clients, and tax domain expertsAssist in leading a data and analytics team Qualifications:Minimum of three years of experience performing data manipulation and analysis using ETL and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Alteryx, SSIS, and AzureBachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems, management information systems or related fieldsExperience in data manipulation/querying using SQL or Excel, statistical methodology, and data management conceptsDevelopment experience in database technologies (SQL Server, etc.)Experience in dashboarding strategy, design, creation, and maintenanceKnowledge of the following is a plus: development in one or more programming languages (C#, Java); machine learning and/or big data tools (Spark, Hive, and Pig); Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; statistical programming knowledge in one or more languages such as R, Python, and SAS
