The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:*Ensure timely handling of incidents escalated to L2 team, while strictly adhering to ticket SLAs.*Generate and provide required service reports based on agreement with client.*Create and Maintain KEDBs and KB articles, in accordance with client regulations.*Collaborate with application owners, service owners and SDM as required.*Conduct internal trainings on required application/product knowledge.*ITIL/ITSM with 7+ years prior experience in some / all of the service design, service transition, service operation processes.*Prior experience in managing COTS products and possess LS domain industry knowledge.*Demonstrated knowledge of incident management practices, activities, techniques and tools within a large, complex organization.
