What You Will Achieve
You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. As part of the HR operations team, you will be designing and maintaining Information Systems to support human resource administration. You will be responsible for HR Information Systems Governance, including the revision of manuals, code lists and documentation. You will analyze and validate data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation. You will also be able to provide colleague information for analysis and decision making, statistical data and other colleague-related reports as required.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Identify and deploy Continuous Improvement initiatives within region and local HR processes leveraging your advanced understanding of key regional processes, best practices, local country specific nuances, considerations and legal requirements.Act as the key point of contact for, and takes ownership of, escalated cases pertaining to HR process-related issues in the region you support ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.Build strong relationships, and work in collaboration with, Enabling Functions Dalian Hub colleagues and internal HR stakeholders for timely resolution of escalated employee issues ensuring a consistent and effective colleague experienceDocument processes and update existing documentationSupport professional colleague to provide training as needed when optimizing processesInitiate recommendations for process optimization, and, where applicable, drive continuous improvement projects with other members of the regional HR Core Services team, work with/as project manager to set up key milestone, provide consultant advice and ensure success of a project.Support automation by using Tech tool such as Power automate/PowerBi/Macro or leverage resources to accomplish; Have knowledge on which tech is proper for projects.Conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities to improve standardization and efficiency
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources/business administration or related fieldMinimum 3 or more years of experience working in a shared services environment and/or a project management role in HR OperationsExcellent customer-oriented and continuous improvement mindsetData Analysis AbilityAble to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organizationAbility to understand complex HR processes across multiple markets and country specific nuances, considerations, and legal requirements.Experience supporting continuous improvement activities with proven resultsAbility to perform root cause analysis and support RPO lead to resolve complex process-related issues.Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesResults-oriented with a strong drive to accomplish objectives and meet high standardSound professional judgment and persistenceA positive and infectious attitude
