Description
Amazon India is looking for dynamic, smart and customer obsessed candidate to support Speed Programs for IN Stores. The candidate will be responsible for driving improvement in operational performance metrics, seller registrations, inventory levels and seller performance on key Speed metrics. Candidate will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (account managers, operations, supply chain) and selling partners (sellers, vendors, brands). A good blend of analytical and execution skills is required to drive day to day operations, continuously drive improvement and automation. Strong candidates will have good analytical skills, hands-on operations/Supply Chain Management or inventory management experience.
Key job responsibilities
-Own and drive improvements in Instock, cluster registrations and fill rate from sellers/vendors.
-Fetch and Analyze data from multiple sources to aid inventory planning and execution workstream
-Act as single point of contact for managing issues and escalations pertaining to seller registrations, stock inbounds, product quality, deliveries etc.
-Work with sellers and internal teams to align Operations plan with business priorities during peak/sale event periods
-Leading seller call down activity to drive seller awareness and supporting sellers on calls/emails
-Create and automate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
-Monitor Day to Day Operations, identify issues and problem solve

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Excel

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
