What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizer's dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical part in provides technical or business support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Your documentation skills will come in handy to prepare engineering documentation, reports and drawings. You will be conducting preliminary analysis of trajectory adequacy data, model dimensional consistency and quantitative judgements concerning technical data. You will also support the team by conducting tests and recording data to assist engineering evaluations.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets, develops plans for short-term work activities on own projects.
Work with the supervisor in leading the shift team to ensure safety and quality in all aspects of operations site wide.
Ensure that work performed by the assigned staff is accurate, timely, efficient and compliant with corporate policies, (Current) Good Manufacturing Practices (part of GxP) regulations, and Regulatory Agency requirements.
Provide technical expertise during audits, present or defend engineering systems, applicable change controls, investigations and equipment requalification packages to the regulatory agencies and ensure that all eco systems standards are audit ready.
Lead team to develop optimizations, determining the implementation approach and driving implementation.
Develop technical and operational standards and provide routine equipment technical support and troubleshooting for resolution of manufacturing issues, including control the maintenance spending on services and equipment for a given area.
Develop and maintain productive links with process equipment & technology suppliers and vendors.
Engage with teams when required to agree on the process for work prioritization.
Lead and own weekly team meetings, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.
The experience required should be in industrial experience, ideally covering Operations, Engineering, Projects and equipment qualification within bioprocess manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions for complex problems through equipment/process knowledge
Familiar with site Learning Management System and processes
Proven ability leading and working in cross functional teams, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have
Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M) Certification
Experience with Building Management System/Building Automation System/PLC
Exposure to six sigma techniques as applied to problem solving and continuous improvement.
High Power Voltage Experience
Clean and Black utilities experience
Relevant pharmaceutical experience
Knowledge of site operations.
Knowledge of ISO50001
Member of Professional Engineering Organizations (ASHRAE, ISPE, ASME etc.)
Familiar with local utilities/state grants and incentives program
Physical/Mental requirements
Engineering, mathematical and technical abilities
Able to stand for extended hours.
Able to climb ladders/steps.
Able to lift items of 25lbs.
Able to maneuver around utilities equipment in mechanical rooms.
Proficient with computers and applications

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $126,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
