Sr. Associate, CEI - Communications

The Culture, Engagement & Inclusion Sr. Communications Associate is responsible for providing strategic HR & Engagement communications writing, consulting and project management while ensuring content aligns with Santander values. This resource has a pulse on both the employee lens and the Company's goals and initiatives providing subject matter consulting on communication projects. The incumbent is passionate about storytelling and writing and ensures appropriate information distribution systems are in place.
Responsibility Statements:
Produces supporting communication materials, including key messages.Participates on teams to plan, develop, and implement initiatives.Ensures that the communication strategy is successfully implemented across multiple channels, such as web, print, video, face-to-face, events and two-way communication.Conducts research, writes, edits and proofreads materials and collateral, ensures clarity, accuracy and timeliness of information that meet strategic and operational objectives.Oversees design and publication/distribution.Updates existing materials to make use of current technological resources.Monitors and evaluates results of communications programs, using specific metrics to track progress and insights for continuous improvement.Supports other areas of Culture, Engagement and Inclusion as needed.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a equivalent field. Req
Work Experience:
Required:
9+ Years Public/media relations or social media.
Preferred:
5+ Years Web development experience including content production.5+ Years Experience of Ad platforms such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TrueView ads and Facebook Business.5+ Years Experience of CMS systems such as Wordpress and Drupal, Photoshop, InDesign and video editing is required.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
