  Estamos à procura de uma pessoa talentosa atuando como Gerente de Contas para desempenhar um papel importante na equipe VAP (Vendor Acceleration Program), contribuindo para desenvolver uma gestão próxima e parceria com fornecedores de alto potencial, acelerando seu crescimento de longo prazo no Varejo e oferecendo a melhor experiência ao cliente. Nesta função, você criará, desenvolverá e executará um plano de aceleração de crescimento personalizado para cada fornecedor, negociação de compras no médio/longo prazo, planos completos de investimento do fornecedor (orçamentos de vendas, apresentação de resultados e marketing); estabelecer estratégias bem pensadas que combinam as demandas da categoria, analisando dados de negócios, impulsionando o desempenho do fornecedor, trabalhando com o negócio para realizar ofertas e promoções, análises detalhadas para identificar oportunidades e impulsionar o crescimento do fornecedor e da Amazon.com.br. Essa função terá contato e irá trabalhar com várias partes interessadas e equipes em toda a organização da Amazon. A pessoa gerente de contas bem-sucedida é ouvinte, comunicadora e solucionadora de problemas eficaz e é capaz de equilibrar as necessidades e exigências da Amazon.com.br e de fornecedores estratégicos.

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to play an important role within VAP (Vendor Acceleration Program) Team by contributing to develop close management and partnership with high potential vendors to accelerate their mid/long-term growth in Retail and deliver the best customer experience. In this role, you will create, develop and execute a growth acceleration plan customized for each vendor, such as long purchase negotiation term, complete vendor investment plans (budgets sales, presentation of results and marketing); establish well-thought strategies that combined the category demands, analyzing business data, driving vendor performance, working with the business to perform deals for the vendors and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive growth for the vendor and Amazon.com.br. This role will work with multiple stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization. The successful Account Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon.com.br and strategic vendors.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Desenvolver fornecedores estratégicos de médio porte com gerenciamento próximo para acelerar seu crescimento de longo prazo no varejo, garantindo crescimento de seleção e disponibilidade para o cliente da Amazon de maneira sustentável e escalável;

  • Gerenciar fornecedores de uma Família de Produtos específica, sendo responsável pelo P&L do negócio;

  • Criar, desenvolver e executar um plano de aceleração de crescimento customizado para cada fornecedor;

  • Responsável pelos principais resultados operacionais e financeiros do fornecedor, desenvolvendo planos que impulsionem receita e margem de melhoria de performance;

  • Alinhar com os principais stakeholders a estratégia do negócio;

  • Analisar e acompanhar os principais KPIs para garantir o desempenho dos fornecedores;

  • Sugerir melhorias de processos e auxiliar os parceiros internos a conduzi-los até a conclusão.

  


• Develop strategic mid-sized vendors with close management to accelerate their long-term growth in Retail ensuring selection growth and availability for Amazon customer in a sustainable and scalable way;

  • Manage vendors from a specific Product Family, being responsible for these business P&L;

  • Create, develop and execute a growth acceleration plan customized for each vendor;

  • Responsible for the main operational and financial results of the vendor, developing plans that drive revenue and performance improvement margin;

  • Align with the key stakeholders the business strategy;

  • Analyze and track key KPIs to ensure vendors performance;

  • Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.

  A day in the life

  • Conectar-se com equipes de negócios parceiros, pares e partes interessadas para entender e alinhar oportunidades de negócios;

  • Educar os fornecedores sobre as ferramentas, processos e recursos da Amazon;

  • Criar e negociar acordos comerciais;

  • Analisar, criar e gerenciar negócios de fornecedores e performances de eventos;

  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de ferramentas e sistemas para Varejo;

  • Identificar oportunidades para simplificar ou automatizar tarefas, executando oportunidades envolvendo aplicativos básicos de software. (por exemplo, Excel).

  


• Connect with partner business teams, peers and stakeholders to understand and align business opportunities;

  • Educate vendors about Amazon tools, processes and resources;

  • Create and Negotiate business agreements;

  • Analyze, create and manage vendors deals and events performances;

  • Identify opportunities to improve tools and systems for Retail;

  • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate tasks, executing opportunities involving basic software applications. (e.g. Excel).

  Basic Qualifications

  Ensino superior concluído;

  Experiência em gerenciamento de contas, gerenciamento de produtos ou programas e demais áreas comerciais;

  Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação verbal e escrita são essenciais: claras, organizadas, concisas, com a capacidade de se adaptar ao público apropriado em um ambiente de negócios;

  Atitude proativa, orientada para os detalhes e um team player;

  Fortes habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo priorização, agendamento e gerenciamento de tempo;

  Habilidades interpessoais excepcionais, capacidade de construir relacionamentos e influenciar outras pessoas sem autoridade;

  Analisar e acompanhar os principais KPIs e contribuir com Insights;

  Inglês intermediário.

  


BA/BS required;

  Experience in buying, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis or marketing;

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a business setting;

  Proactive attitude, detail-oriented and a team player;

  Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management;

  Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority;

  Analyze and track key KPIs and contribute with Insights;

  Intermediate English.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experiência em vendas internas/externas ou gerenciamento de clientes, de preferência nos setores de comércio eletrônico e/ou varejo;

  Experiência em negociações de fornecedores, preços e promoções, gerenciamento de estoque e desenvolvimento de produtos;

  Proficiência avançada em Excel;

  O conhecimento de SQL e VBA é um plus;

  Inglês avançado.

  


Inside/external sales or Client management experience, preferably in the eCommerce or retail;

  Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development;

  Advanced proficiency in Excel;

  SQL and VBA knowledge are a plus;

  Advanced English.
